♠ Part 1

» Starting Your Adventure

1. Go to the Outpost and talk to Jorral, ask if he needs any help with something else. He will say some stuff about the key and it having another ability. He passes you some notes.

2. Now make your way over to the North-East exit of East-Ardougne. Head to an area with fence around it.

3. Make sure all of your items (Exluding The Key) are banked. Now simply right click on your key and say Rub, if you are in the correct location you should be stunned then teleported to the past.

♠ Part 2

» Where Am I?

4. Once in the past of RuneScape, go into the enclosed area which the family of 5 live.

5. Talk to Laura, she should inform you of that you are really in the past.

6. Now head back to Jorral and tell him the information. He should then tell you that you can teleport to different parts of the past by rubbing other parts of the key, you can access Past A and Past B. Part A being later and Part B earlier.

♠ Part 3

» Problems of the Past

7. Go back to the teleport position and teleport to RuneScape Part A.

8. Head over to Jack and talk to him, ask about what he likes and his history. Apparently he likes chocolate cakes and strawberry milk.

9. Now go talk to Laura, she will not want to be bothered.

10. Now go over to Roger, Laura's Husband. He will be having problems with the baby and needs desperate help.

11. You will need to fix the families problems so we will go to the future and find out how they improved their situations.

♠ Part Four

» Fixing a Family

12. Rub your key once again and head over to Past B this time.

13. Talk to Jack, offer to put him into mind control, now tell him about his childhood history with the following statements.

You wanted to be known as Super Jack the Fantasmic.
You started with Cosmic, mind, body and fire runes.
You got the runes from Misalionar.
You started learning magic when you were Seven.
You started to learn by Trying to create fire.
You hoped to Create chocolate cakes.
You wanted to use your new powers for Good.
And your favorite flavor of milk is Strawberry.

14. Now he will thank you and ask if you could find out what happened to his mother's trees and why they didn't grow.

15. Go outside near the dead trees and ask Sara about the trees. Ask why they didn't grow, she believes that some of the trees needed to be closer to water and some further away.

16. Talk to her again and chose the other option, she should start coughing and state that it is a condition she has had since she was a baby. She also says that Milk with Honey and a Guam Leaf is the medicine to use.

17. Go near the farm shed now and talk to Laura, she will say that she has always wanted to explore RuneScape with a map but has never had the chance to.

18. Rub your key and go back to Past A.

19. Go into the kitchen inside the house, search the Side table and take a Clean Guam, a Bucket of Milk and a Pestle and Mortar.

20. Search the shelves and take Charcoal and Papyrus.

21. Search other shelves in the house until you obtain a bowl.

22. Use the Charcoal on the Papyrus to create a map, give this to Laura.

23. Go to the dead trees and use your bowl on the beehive to get a Bowl of Honey, use this on the Bucket of Milk to get a Bowl of Milk & Honey, now use the Guam with the Pestle and Mortar to get Ground Guam. Finally use this on the Bowl of Milk & Honey to get Sarah's medicine. Use this on Baby Sarah or Roger to make her fall asleep.

24. Return to the dead trees and collect some pots from the pile, also pick up a spade on the ground nearby.

25. To dig up a tree use the pot on to accordingly tree and it will dig it up then place it in a pot. With this rearrange the trees until you have them sorted like in the picture below (To Make Them Bloom Go To Past B.)

26. If you are not already in Past B go there and talk to Laura.

27. She wishes now that she had taken better care of her brooch when she was in her younger ages.

28. Go to Past A and search the bedside table near Baby Sarah to obtain the Brooch.

29. Go outside near Laura, use the Brooch on the Soil mound.

30. Return to Past B, near the Farm Shed there should be a spade, pick that up and use it on the Soil mound to re-obtain the Brooch.

31. Use the Brooch on Laura and she will be ever so happy and tell you about when they were the first to arrive to RuneScape (A Clip Plays.)

32. Now talk to Jack and tell him that the trees are blooming, again he should be happy and tell you about how Guthix created Runes and spread the word.

33. Finally go back to Jorral share the information to finish the quest.
