Starting Point: Sir Ceril Carnillean, who is located in the mansion in southwest Ardougne.

♠ Part One
» Choosing a Side
1. Head to West Ardougne and go southwest of the bridge, taking you to a mansion (near a spirit tree). Go inside the mansion and head upstairs. Speak to Sir Ceril there.
2. He'll tell you that he's been robbed of his armor and asks if you can get it for him. Agree. Now head outside of the mansion and continue south across another bridge, near the clock tower. Go east of clock tower and you'll find a dungeon entrance, go in it. And don' worry, there is nothing dangerous down here.
3. Here's where you get to choose your side, so pay attention. Speak to Clivet. If you want to make the quest longer, but more interesting, agree with everything Clivet says (Clivet's Side). If you want the quest to be short and sweet, disagree at the first optional message, in doing so Clivet will stop the conversations, talk to him again, and ask him what he means. Then, after the story disagree. (Ceril's Side)
♠ Part Two
» Clivet's Side
1. Upon Joining Clivet's side, he will give you some poison to use to kill a member of the Carnillean family.
2. Go out of the dungeon, and back to the mansion. Go inside and go into the basement, where the kitchen is. Find the range and use the poison on the range. Once you have done that, search for the kid named Philipe, upstairs. Speak to him. He will tell you that their dog died.
3. Go back to the dungeon and speak with Clivet again. He will give you Hazeel's mark. Equip the mark and then exit the dungeon. Look for all of the valves around the area. (a total of six valves) If you head slightly north from the dungeon you will find a valve, which is the closest to the dungeon. Turn this valve left. Then search (or use the map below) for the other valves. You can turn all of the other valves right.
4. Then go back into the dungeon and hop on the raft. You will be at the end of the "sewer". Follow the path way, passing some followers, and find Alamone. Alamone will tell you to help him find a magical scroll in the mansion. Now, leave, using the raft and exiting the dungeon. Then head for the mansion.
5. Now, make sure you mark is still equipped and enter the mansion. Go down into the basement again. Search all the crates for a key. Once you have it, go to the top floor of the mansion. Go to the west room. Look at the north wall and search for an option where you can knock. Click the knock option and you should pass through the "wall". Head up te ladder and use your key on the chest.
6. Now, head back to the dungeon. Remember to have not done anything with the valves, and then board the raft. Go to Alamone and give him the scroll. He will start a "ritual" and Hazeel will appear. Hazeel is level 296. Hazeel will also thank you. Now speak to Alamone again to claim your reward. Quest Complete.
♠ Part Two
» Ceril's Side
1. After disagreeing with everything Clivet said, you will officially be on Ceril's side. Go back to the mansion and speak with Ceril.
2. After that short conversation, go behind the house and find a valve, turn it right. Go across the bridge, near the clock tower, find another valve, turn it right as well. Then, head near the cave entrance and turn the valve near there left. Find the other two valves and turn them right. (use map below for help)
3. Now go into the dungeon and board the raft to get to the other end of the "sewers".
4. Go passed all of the "followers" and find Alamone. You will find out that Ceril's butler is a spy, but now Alamone attacks you, so you can't get away with the information. However, he is only level 13, and shouldn't be too hard to kill.
5. Head back to the mansion and tell Ceril the news. He will be thankful for bringing him his armour, but he completely doesn't believe that his butler is a spy. However, Ceril will give you 5 gp for bringing him his armour, but, unfortunately he will give his butler the other 1,995 gold pieces.
6. To prove it to Ceril, search the wardrobe in the fancy looking room. You will find poison and an amulet. Show them to Ceril and he will start to believe you. The butler makes up an excuse for the poison. Then you show Ceril the amulet and Ceril believes you fully.
Reward: 1 Questpoint, 2000 gp, and 1500 theiving Experience.
